When you purchase your home using a Home for a Home agent or mortgage broker, they donate a percentage of their commission to build a home for a family in critical need. With the commission from your home purchase, John Macon donates a portion of his commissions to fund the construction of safe, secure homes in the poorest area of highland Guatemala. Home for a Home is a registered 501(c)(3) organization committed to providing homes for those in need through sustainable, socially conscious real estate sales.

Through volunteering and charitable donations, I actively support local organizations in their efforts to improve the City and the living conditions of others.

I donate a portion of every one of my sales to the Compass Community Fund and proudly serve as an Executive Committee member, helping to distribute money to a variety of worthy organizations who make a positive difference in our community – from shelters to school arts programs, from food drives to counseling. Since 2004, the Compass Community Fund has provided over $700,000 in donations to over 100 local organizations, including:
